Our web server automatically recognizes and records the domain name for each visitor to our website. In addition, we collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail or make postings to our blog or chat areas, as well as aggregate and user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations, and payment information).
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website and the quality of our products and services, and to notify customers about updates to our website, products/services, or policies.
Disclosure of Information
We will never share or sell your information to other organizations for commercial purposes other than with your permission to provide products or services you’ve requested, except under a couple of special circumstances:

However, you retain all rights to the custom visual design originally created for you by Kudo and the information contained in your website that did not originate with Kudo.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically. We may also send a notice to the primary email address of the account owner specified in your Kudo account settings.
